Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you are dealing with persistent feelings of anxiety, stress, or low mood. Whether you’re facing something new or something that’s been building for a while, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I work primarily with adults who are moving through major life transitions such as getting married, becoming a parent, separating from a partner, navigating career changes, and more.

Sometimes, relationship struggles bring us to therapy—but meaningful change often begins with ourselves. A relationship can only be as healthy as the individuals in it, and doing your own work can have a profound ripple effect on the people around you.

I believe we all have inner strengths and untapped resources that, when accessed with care and support, can help us move forward with more clarity and intention. Therapy can be a place to slow down, connect with yourself, and explore what matters most.

In our work together, you’ll have space to:
