At Couples On The Road, we are committed to maintaining your privacy in accordance to the BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). 

Collection, use, disclosure and retention of any personal information is subject to, and must  comply with, the provisions of the BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). 

Couples On The Road may collect information from website visitors such as date and time of  visit and browser type, but please be assured that no personal data is collected in this way. This  statistical information is used for internal review and to improve the content of our website and  services. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.  

Any personally identifiable information that you share with us such as name and email address is used exclusively by Couples On The Road. Your information will not be sold, exchanged,  transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent,  other than for the express purpose of delivering the information or service requested. 

We are required by law to securely store client files for 7 years after the last client contact. Disposal of client information will be confidentially undertaken after this period. 

Our privacy policy is subject to periodic revision and changes. Updates will be posted on our website.
